Our approach is dedicated to unlocking the latent potential within each individual on behalf of your organizational mandate.

Assess the situation.

J3P works with individuals on your team as human beings. Each person is unique and has different personality traits, strengths and challenges. We use a well validated battery of psychometric assessments to provide data on an individual’s usual tendencies, stress tendencies and motivational attributes.

Define the goals.

We assess what is needed to allow the participant to achieve his/her/their goals. At all times our work at the individual level is conducted in the service of the organizational mandate.

Develop and implement the plan.

J3P works with the participant to co-create a plan for individualized development that integrates the organizational goals with personal goals, which becomes a blueprint for the work. We then utilize a proprietary validated 360-degree, multi-rater behavioral assessment and feedback tool to help individuals better understand how their behavior and actions impacts those around them.

Measure and assess progress.

Throughout the developmental process, J3P maintains routine interaction with the individuals and then with them as part of a larger team or organization. We adjust implementation to account for changes, team dynamics and environmental circumstances.
