Transformational Leadership in Healthcare
Systems
In healthcare, systems designed to provide accountability in leadership serve as the blueprint for an organization's functioning, culture, and growth. Effective systems ensure circumferential accountability, maintain a pulse on organizational culture, and facilitate personal development. J3P Health is committed to helping healthcare organizations implement systems that lead to positive, sustainable changes.
Systems are integral to healthcare organizations:

CIRCUMFERENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Robust systems ensure accountability for leaders, fostering a culture of responsibility.
02
CULTURE MONITORING
Effective systems allow organizations to monitor their culture as a key performance metric, ensuring it aligns with their vision.
03
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Well-designed systems ensure that individual growth is nurtured and not marginalized.
04
FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
Implementing systems that enforce a culture of positive circumferential accountability ensures organizational harmony.
The importance of systems in healthcare:
Inefficient systems can lead to accountability lapses, stagnant personal development, and a disconnect between leadership and the organization's culture. Strategic system design ensures seamless operations and leadership responsibility and accountability.

Our approach transcends standard programs, creating lasting change that is tailor-made for your organization's unique needs.
Form the question and assess the situation.
J3P works with you and your team to examine what is going well and not-so-well. Then, we mutually explore what we can do to improve. This step typically includes the deployment of a data-driven diagnostic process.
1.
Define the problem to solve.
Our initial assessment will detail the junction or lack of connection between the people and the conscious or unconscious organizational systems, functions, and processes.
2.
Develop and implement the plan.
J3P engages the leaders individually and then collectively in team workshops. Both are necessary to harmonize the humans within the operational systems. Multiple team workshops focus on the top 3-5 system challenges affecting or mitigating productivity, harmony and effectiveness.
3.
Measure and assess progress.
J3P will monitor and evaluate progress throughout the engagement to continue or adapt our approach as needed. This normally takes a year to solve with enduring results depending on the complexity of the challenges and circumstances.
