J3P Healthcare Solutions is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with the Academic Orthopaedic Consortium(“AOC”).  This partnership will bring J3P’s expertise and tools to orthopaedic academic departments, their leaders, and their residents.

J3P works across all medical and surgical specialties, but much of our early work, and our research collaborations, focused on orthopaedics.  We have long-standing relationships with leaders in the field, and with orthopaedic professional societies. 

The Academic Orthopaedic Consortium

The AOC, led by its Founder and CEO, Michael Gagnon, MBA, was created in 2005 to provide a national clearinghouse of information of the best practices in business and leadership of academic orthopaedic departments. The AOC’s work established a top-rated, comprehensive national network across its 140 University-based orthopaedic programs. 

The AOC membership represents over 2,300 physician and administrative leaders across 140 academic programs, including over 1,600 resident and fellow members.

The AOC also recently launched JobsinOrtho– the most comprehensive jobs platform in the orthopaedic space.  It aggregates all postings for academic practice, private practice, large health systems, and US Military positions.  The site also provides a wealth of guidance to residents and job -seekers including leadership development programs that will be led by J3P.
